🎂 Birthdays & reunions

Birthday and family reunion boat outings in Clearwater, FL

Make some waves. Make some memories.

Milestone birthdays and family get-togethers deserve more than another restaurant booking. Pair up, take a two-seat mini boat each, and ride together as a mini boat convoy.

Birthdays on the water

Give the birthday captain the lead boat and let everybody else follow the convoy. Two-seat mini boats make it easy to pair up best friends, siblings or the birthday person with their favorite co-captain, and the whole group shares the same day on the water instead of splitting across a big boat.

Planning a surprise? Use the notes when you request your escape so we know what you're working with.

Family reunions, two seats at a time

Reunions bring together people who don't see each other often. Pairing up cousins, grandparents and in-laws in side-by-side seats is a great way to actually catch up, and the convoy keeps the whole family together on the water. Ask about our senior and military discounts for the eligible members of the family.

Who can drive?

Every boat needs a driver who is 18 or older with a photo ID. Florida law also requires drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 to carry a Florida boater card or an FWC temporary certificate, because our mini boats have 30 hp engines. Pick your drivers early and send them our boater card guide.

How a mini boat convoy works

Every mini boat seats two, side by side. For a group, everyone pairs up, each pair gets its own boat, and the whole crew rides together as a mini boat convoy. It's the same boat, the same walkthrough and the same life vests for everybody, just more of them on the water at once.

  • Two people per boat. Count your crew, divide by two, and that's your convoy.
  • A driver for every boat. Each boat needs a driver who is 18+ with a photo ID. Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 also need a Florida boater card or an FWC temporary certificate. Sort out who's driving before the day; our boater card guide explains it.
  • We come to you. We deliver the boats to the launch point, so the group meets at the water.
  • Walkthrough first. Every ride starts with a walkthrough of the controls and safety basics.
